Create a Kanban board Login on Crowd and navigate to your dashboard. Then click on “Task board’ and create a new board. B. Define your columns (LIST) You can rename your list by clicking on the three right buttons on your list. TIPS: You can select from our numerous Kanban board templates. Rather than building one from scratch. You can create more lists to represent the stages of your work on your board: To do this, click on the (+) sign on the right side of your board just after the “DONE” list. C . Create your cards Populate your boards with cards for each task or work item you need to complete. Add a title, description, and any relevant details D. Move cards across columns You can move your card across columns(lists), by double-clicking on them and moving them horizontally from left to right across your list, depending on your workflow. E. You can regularly review your board to add, delete, or archive your card. To fit your team goals and feedback. 2. How To Prioritize Your Card On Kanban Board Crowd has three (3) priority stages for your cards. The Low, Medium, and High priority stages. To be able to prioritize your card on a list when creating a new card. After you click on “Add a new card”, you name your card and write a description on it and then you scroll down to the column named “Priority” to tag your card either a low, medium, or high priority. To ensure your card is being managed, you can assign it either to yourself or to a team member who has access to your workspace. You can manage your card after naming it and putting a description on it. 3. Common Kanban Board Use Cases Kanban boards are versatile and can be used across various work types and scenarios. We have different templates on Crowd that a Kanban board can be applied to. Some of them are as follows; A. Customer Support: Monitoring support ticket progress and response times. B. How to edit a list, archive a card, and assign a card to a teammate.

Key points; - Duplicate your list - Delete a list - Rename a list - Archive a card - How to get back an archived card - How to Assign your card to a teammate. 1. DUPLICATE YOUR LIST To duplicate your list on Crowd, Click on the three buttons on the right side of your list, then click on duplicate. Tips: You cannot duplicate an empty list. You have to create a card before duplicating a list. 2. DELETE A LIST To delete a list, you have to click on the option button. That is the three buttons on the right side of your list. Tips: When you delete a list, all cards on that list that have been created will also be deleted. 3. RENAME A LIST You can also follow the same procedure above to rename your list. Click on “Update list name” on the options provided to you. 4. ARCHIVE A CARD To archive a card, follow the same procedure and then click on archive all “cards on this list.” Tips: You can’t archive just one card, all cards that have been created on that list will be archived as well. When you archive your card, your column (List) will still be present. 5. HOW TO GET BACK AN ARCHIVED CARD To get back the archived card, you will navigate to the upper right side of your board and click on “Archived items.” Then click on “send back to board.” The archived card will go back to the column(list) it was taken from. 6. ASSIGN YOUR CARD TO TEAMMATE To ensure your card is being managed, you can assign it either to yourself or to a teammate who has access to your workspace. You can assign your card after naming it and putting a description on it. You navigate to the “Assigned to” column and choose a teammate you want to assign the card to. TIP: You can only assign your card to a teammate that has access to your workspace. That is, you will have to invite that team mater to your workspace before they can access the card that was assigned to them.

How to set up a moderated session

Crowd allows you to schedule an instant session or a session for later. To Get Started On An Instant Moderated Session 1. Navigate to the Moderated session dashboard and click on “Schedule new session” 2. Select the “start an instant session” button to continue. 3. Fill in the necessary information. The session name and the participant name. You can add more participant names by clicking on the “This is a group session” box. And then click on “create” to continue. 4. Once the session has been created, copy the link and share with the participants and observers. 5. Click on “Join as moderator” to join the session. To schedule a session for later 1. After clicking on “Schedule new schedule” 2. Select the “Schedule a session for later’ button to continue. 3. Fill in the necessary details. The session name, the participant name, the date, and the time. You can add more participants by clicking on the “This is a group session” box to add the participant names and email addresses. Then click on “create” to continue. 4. You can choose to send the custom emails directly to the participant's email address or you can copy the invitation and send it to participants manually. 5. To copy the link for the participants and observers, navigate back to your live session dashboard and click on “View details” on the session you scheduled for later.

To a session scheduled for later You can add as many participants as you want during the creation of the test. But during the session, to add participants you have to; - After creating the session, navigate to the Live session dashboard. - Click on the “session details” box on the test that is scheduled for later. - Copy the link to the participants' test and share. 2. Test connection to be sure it’s properly installed Once your widget has been installed to your preference, you can save your work and your widget is active on your website. Click on the “more options” tab on the top right of your response page. 3. How does Crowd detect that your widget is installed When you paste the code snippet on the page website and refresh your website page, a request will be made to the Crowd server to fetch and load the widget details. But before the widget will be displayed on your website, necessary checks will be made which are listed below: 1. Is widget activated: By default, every widget created is active meaning that once installed will be visible on the website. But in a situation that it was deactivated then it will not be displayed on your website. 2. Display Rules: While editing and customizing your widget, there are two major display rules you have to set which are for device and Visibility based on your URL. So depending on these rules the widget will show if the checks were passed. 3. Domain check: Note that Crowd widget can only be installed on one domain or subdomain at a time. Meaning you can't install it on two domains (eg. example.com and test.example.com). Thus if you want to install it on a new domain or subdomain you have to unlink the current domain and then install it on the new one by clicking on the installation item on the Edit Widget page, and you will see an unlink website button to unlink the domain. 4. Deactivating Your Widget To deactivate your widget, Navigate to the response page, and click on the “ACTIVATE” button on the top right corner of your screen to deactivate your widget. Once your widget has been deactivated, it will no longer be visible on your website. 5.
