During a moderated session, you have several options to enhance the experience and facilitate better communication and data collection. You can turn on your video, share your screen, and access additional settings to customize the session. The chatbox allows you to drop messages while the session is ongoing, and these messages are visible to all participants. The raise hand feature enables participants to get the moderator's attention without interrupting the flow of the session.
Additionally, there is a notes feature that allows you to share notes with teammates and participants. These notes can be viewed in the session summary page for future reference.
